Despite the worst winter storm Franklin has seen in 7 years, God still showed up and made Stream a success. We apologize to everyone who was not able to attend due to the road conditions, but we are very grateful to those who weathered the storm and made the trek to Stream.
Chris Seidman's messages will be available online within the next couple of weeks. Make sure to check the website for updates.
Now in its fifteenth year, Stream continues to be a great opportunity for people who are hungry to discover deeper intimacy with God. It’s a time to slow down and devote a weekend to enjoying His transforming presence. For many, weekly worship experiences can seem like express church. There is so much to experience in such a short time. At Stream, cell phones get turned off, the clock goes unnoticed and worshipers lose themselves in extended times of praise, prayer and deep reflection on God’s Word.
I don’t think we have ever had a better theme for Stream than simply “At the Cross”. We often get caught up in religious concerns and we forget the power and simplicity of the message that gives us life. It is the good news that heals the wounded, strengthens the feeble, and gives hope to the weary. “By giving himself completely AT THE CROSS, actually dying for you, Christ brought you over to God’s side and put your lives together, whole and holy in his presence.” Col.1:21 (MSG)
Join us for Stream Franklin 2010 and see the cross like you have never seen it before.

Featured Speaker
Chris Seidman
Chris Seidman, his wife, Tara, and their three sons Skyler, Garrison, and Cooper are part of the Farmers Branch Church of Christ in Dallas, TX, where Chris has served as the senior minister since January of 2001.
Chris and Tara joined us in 2002 for Stream Midland and then in 2006 for the first Stream Franklin. Not only is Chris an incredibly gifted teacher, but he and Tara are also passionate prayer warriors. Their love for Christ is evident in the way they personally minister to people.
You will be richly blesed by Chris’ passion for Jesus and his incredible energy as he brings us closer to the cross.
Saturday Night Communion

Stream Saturday nights are always very special. As we looked at how to end this day, after spending so much meaningful time at the foot of the cross, there seemed only one fitting choice Communion. It was one of the last things Christ did before He suffered the cross, and He promises it will be one of the first things we do together with Him when He returns. Get ready to experience the transforming power of the body and blood of Christ through this incredible celebration.
Have you ever been to a great conference and found yourself at night having dinner or coffee with your friends, processing what you learned during the day? Sometimes those are the best part of the experience.
That is one of the reasons why breakout groups at Stream are so meaningful. They give each of us a chance to talk about what God is doing in our hearts right after we have had a rich encounter with Him through great praise, prayer and study. It is also a good opportunity for new friendships to be formed and special prayer needs to be shared. Many Stream goers still keep in contact with and pray for friends they made in breakout groups.
You will be directed to the breakout group areas at the end of each session on Friday and Saturday by hall monitors and signs. A facilitator will be assigned to each group. Here are some suggestions to help you get the most out of breakout groups:
1) Return to the same group you start with for each of the three breakout groups.
2) Start and finish each group on time.
3) Write down contact information in your booklet for those in your group.
4) Pick up children promptly after each breakout group before you continue your fellowship
